Due to having the Romance at Sea Package, we're allowed to book excursions and Palo at 105 days out - which is Sunday, 25th May!! :hyper: But I do have a few questions before we do it:

Am I allowed to book once it's Sunday here, or do I have to wait until 6am EST or something?

Are you allowed to book dinner and brunch at Palo? I've heard you're only allowed 1 booking per stateroom? If that's the case, I think I'll go for the brunch but I'd still love dinner there.

Also, is there any way you're allowed to book stateroom gifts and have them add the cost to the stateroom like they do the excursions? I have my eye on the awesome Fruit and Cheese Plate and Bon Voyage (champage, petit fours and chocolate strawberries) for starters!!

Believe it or not, they actually called ME to book Palo! We were out getting John fitted for a tux when they called!

We had also booked the Romance at Sea package and early booking for Palo was a real bonus! We pretty much knew when we wanted to go there (Bev and I had discussed it), so I was able to give the folks the date and time right there in the men's store!

Did you get to do Palo for dinner and brunch or just one or the other?

We did it for dinner. A friend of mine had told us about a server she'd had there several times (he's no longer there, tho). His name is Marco. So it became a running joke with Bev and me. "Marco!" "Palo!!"

I'll book for brunch first and if the system then lets me book for dinner, then great... if not, I guess we'll have to go on another cruise to sample dinner ;)
