hair and make up

can any1 recommend the best hair and make places? i wont have a lot of money and ideally i'd like to use my own make up but would like it done professionally. im also considering hair extensions and going blonde!!
please help!!

I had my hair done at the GF just an hour before my ceremony and they only charged me $20.

I wore very little make up and my daughter took cosmetology in school so she did it for me.

if i do my make up, i'll look like a clown for the first half hour til it slides off my face cos of the heat!
