Has anyone stayed here? I'm particularly interested in how you found the parking? Web site says it's £5 per night in a barriered car park. The family room is only £29 for when we go so i'm thinking of booking it now but just wanted confirmation there's plenty of spaces - it says 100 spaces - is that alot? Has anyone had any experience? The Manchester Didsbury is also available which is 4 miles from the airport and the same price . We only need parking for the 1 night as we're having a meet & greet service on departure & arrival. Any thoughts?

I parked/stayed at the Travelodge at the Warrington Lymm Services for the night before and that was OK. No cost for parking.

I have stayed there a lot on buisness trips and holidays, had no problem with parking. Good restaurant and bar, also come off the Jct before the airport as that will make it easier to get to the Hotel

Travelodge is great and I've never seen the car park completely full, there's a lot of spaces - in fact, last time we went the barrier was broken so you could just drive out!
There is a shuttle to the airport every 15mins which I believe goes through the night. I have quite a few photos in last year's trip report. As Redkop says, there's a good bar and restaurant inside. We've stayed here twice now, and took my parents there in October. For the price and for how close it is to the airport, it's unbeatable!

I would avoid the didsbury one, traffic is usually a nightmare in the morning (I have to drive to my parents every wednesday morning around there and what would usually take 15 mins trakes 45!!!!!!!)
Defo book onsite!

Oh and I agree with Redkop on the directions - come off at the junction marked Freight Terminal, think it might be Jnct 6. Last exit on that roundabout and bear left as you come off it. Turn left when you get to the lights, and then left to get into the car park. Very easy to find!

We've stayed there and never had a problem with parking, I imagine we'll be staying again in August :)
