Anyone ever fly with Allegiant Air?

they have really good airfare. I was looking at dates in March and April and it looked like fares were around $60 roundtrip. Hard to believe isn't it?

The only draw back that I saw are the available dates and they only fly into the Sanford airport, instead of MCO, so I'm guessing no Magical Express would be available. :(

Has anyone flown with them? Does anyone know how far the Sanford airport is from Disney?

It is about 45 miles from WDW. And no there is no DME. It is a straight shot down the 417 Toll Road to WDW.

and limo service is double from Sanford .

The other thing to look at is the 'hidden charges'. My dad flew up here once with them and was hit with charges for bags, charges for choosing seats when you check in online etc.. $60 dollars round trip is pretty darn cheap though.

You might want to make sure on the roundtrip. Usually Allegiant states prices as one way. Right now from Indiana to Orlando is 79 one way. About 100 after taxes. Many of my friends have flown with them and never had a problem.

They do have some 29 dollar one way fares , but they are very limited.
