Obv I meant tolls not tools!

Where are the toll booths on the 417 from the airport into WDW?

We are driving from the airport to our villa just off the 417 at Sand Arbor Crescent and will be driving to WDW on the 417 daily.

Just trying to work out where the booths are and how much it will cost us in tolls each day!

Hope that makes sense!

Not sure what exit you will be taking off of the 417 to get to your villa but when we go to WDW directly we get off at either Exit 6 or Exit 3. From the airport there are 3 tolls. If I remember two of them are $1.00 and make change for you and the last is exact change only and is $.50.

Many thanks for that.

Not sure what exit we will be getting off at either!

Thanks again.

we purchased a mini sun pass (for toll booths) while there this christmas. it was $4.99 and can be purchased at CVS, Walgreens, Publix.
It sticks to the window. You call and activate it and the $4.99 credit will go to your account. It saves you 25%.
You can also upload any increment you need to it.
We did fine and put an additional $5 on it with our credit card just in case.
Basically it is a prepaid toll program.
NO CHANGE NEEDED. YAY!!!

Just dont forget when you first get there that those smaller exits are exact change only! We had just arrived and so only had dollar notes we went to exit and it said exact change and there was no attendant or any call button etc for help, these are the little things you learn when there so now I am obsessed about having loads of change, we were lucky and found change on the floor!

that's why we used the toll pass so handy and convenient. just drive on through. i always forget to bring change as we only use traveler's cheques, credit cards and debit cards and some cash.

Once the Mini Sunpass is attached using the adhesive, it cannot be removed. It's not meant to move from car to car.

that is correct.

forgot to mention we rented a car from Avis ( I have a company discount of 25%) and it has a toll pass attached. simply pull it open and it charges you seperately via mail not via the Avis rental company. I think an activation of $5 or $9 which they apply to tolls.

There are change machines at both airports that dish out quarters but as stated if you go through the pay booths (on the right side of the toll parks) you can pay and usually get change. Depending on which airport you are going to will depend on what you pay. From Sandford there are a couple of $1.50 booths.

I know junction 6 is free to get off at (thats the Downtown Disney/International Drive) turn off.

Or alternatively use the beeline west and I4. I think thereare only two tolls beeline and both have change cues and i think it is $0.75 a time but that may have changed now.
