We are staying at the Treehouse Villas in Oct. We were not planning to rent a car. There have not been many reviews of the Treehouses so far (that I can find anyway) and the few I've seen mention the long travel time. Seems you have to take the Treehouse bus to the main bus area at Saratoga and then transfer to other buses for where you want to go (MK, AK, etc.).
Does anyone know realistically how long the trips will take to the parks? When I was on the phone with WDW directly they said the most would be like 10 minutes to MK or AK (I think). The left out that bit of information of taking 1 bus to the main area at Saratoga. Also, when we come home will we have that same problem?
AND for those who have rented cars, how much (if any) time do you save? I would imagine it would not be too much with waiting for trams to the parking lot, etc. but I'm looking for those who have done it.
