APH query

Hi
I've got 2 Premium pass exchange certificates for my parents and my cookie has expired and i'm no longer able to log in - there's something odd about the certificates - I had to call them last time but now i've forgotten - i'll have to call them at 12pm - anyone know which number to call?
Also can an APH only book one room per pass for any one date?

Here is the phone number (407) 939-1289 and I can't say for sure but I think you can book two or three rooms on an AP.
