Info on DL 12/15-19

We are driving from Washington state (16 hours) to DL Dec 15 -19 (husband has business down there) We have always wanted to see the park decorated for Chirstmas. Hope someone can give me an idea of weather and crowds during this time. We will be staying at the DL Hotel, and room recomendations? We will also probably go to Universal one day. Do they decorate for Christmas as well?

Weather can be either warm or chilly (but you being for WA it may not be that bad for you but I would still wear pants and the such..I remember one year it was bitterly cold...(OK maybe not as cold as what I am use to now..) And yes it is beautiful at christmas..but Universal i dont know about only been in the summer!! hope that helps..oh crowds thats right I forgot..Mostly locals..so the influx can range for too crowded to hardly anyone there!!
