We can get a 14 day pass via virgin for £76 ($118) or a 2 day pass for £73 ($115) from universal. That seems either like overpaying for 2 days or paying for days we won't use.

Does anyone know of any other reputable ticket retailers/deals?

I have heard the Palm restuarant at HRH is nice or are there any other 'must go' places close to HRH. Walking distance would be nice or a short taxi ride.

Would be happy to push the boat out price wise but we do have a 9 year old so nothing overly formal.
