Consequently, if you book with Orlando Ticket Deals and subsequently find the same Florida attraction tickets cheaper from another UK based company (within 7 days of booking), we will refund the difference.
Please note that this ticket price must be published in a brochure or on a website and priced in £ sterling. Tickets must be new and in stock for purchase on that same day. The ticket price must also be based on a single ticket (including any additional hidden surcharges) and therefore this price guarantee excludes group discounts. This guarantee also doesn’t apply to special discount offers or promotional ticket prices.

What happens if I find a cheaper price once I have purchased the tickets?
If you find a cheaper price once you have purchased the tickets from us we will refund the difference. Please refer to our price promise for more details.
Do I have to pay for the tickets in full or can I pay a deposit?
If you are travelling within 6 weeks of your booking with us then we do require that the full amount is paid up front. If you are travelling outside of 6 weeks then a 20% deposit can be placed to confirm your booking. In this instance the full balance would be due 6 weeks before departure. Deposits payments are only available for phone bookings

Is it safe to book over the internet?
Booking online is as safe as making a telephone booking and thousands of people have already successfully booked their tickets online with Orlando Ticket Deals Ltd.
All sensitive information, including your personal details and credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of a secure socket layer (SSL). This means that information can only be exchanged between you, the bank and Orlando Ticket Deals Ltd, and that no third party can access this data. Are there any credit card charges?

How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email to show that your card transaction was successful and that Orlando Ticket Deals have accepted your booking.

When do I receive the tickets?
We promise that you will receive your tickets within 8 days of paying the full balance. If you are departing in less than 8 days then we can arrange for an express delivery at no extra charge.

What happens if the tickets are lost in the post?
As we send real tickets rather than vouchers, all tickets are sent via special delivery and require a signature on receipt. If a package goes missing then we will take it up with the delivery company. However we will have a reference number and can keep a track of where they are.
