Okw/bcv
We started our vacation at the Polynesian for two days (to take advantage of the transportation options to MNSSHP and to save on weekend points).
We took a tour of BCV and DH and DS were very enthusiastic (that's good since we have a 40 yr committment ). We received a free BCV pin for taking the tour. I was a little surprised at the contrast in size between BCV and HH (BCV units are smaller) ....but, the accomodations are so lovely.Yesterday, we checked into a two bedroom dedicated unit at OKW. (Units are bigger than BCV) DS and DH absolutely loved our unit. They both asked why did we stay at the Polynesian. I can see it is going to be difficult to get them to stay at a regular hotel room (no matter how fancy it is) in the future.... I'll have more details when we return home. -DC ![]() |

wdw trip
So nice to hear from ya. You're making me jealous..I just have to keep thinking that "it's only 25 days, it's only 25 days...
We're on the waiting list for BWV but as of right now, we're staying at OKW in a two bedroom also. I've made all the PS's that I'm going to for now.. We're just going to make the rest when we get there..Got CRT and Chef Mickey's, Ohana's and Concourse Steakhouse so I'm happy... Have a Magical Time DC!!!

This trip is the first time we stayed at a DVC at WDW. DS had his own bedroom--this one of the major reasons for buying into DVC--we all had a little more privacy and room to stretch out and two bathrooms were heaven!
Here is a little tour of our "Estate" as DH and DS liked to refer to it: Outside view of our villa Parking is right in front of our villa. DH loved that! DS's bedroom. Living room. DH and DS LOVED being able to sit around and relax in the living room. Dining area. Kitchen. The kitchen facilities inspired DH to cook. He definately wants to plan on doing more cooking (especially breakfast omlets when we return in December) Mom and Dad's room. Jacuzzi in Master bath. Washer and Dryer I didn't plan on doing a lot of laundry on this trip (I only did two loads), but this will definately help us to cut back on the number of clothes we pack.... View out back (pool is just behind the trees) Patio Furniture DH and DS really enjoyed staying at OKW. They kept saying over and over again what a good decision it was to stay at DVC! -DC

It looks wonderful, DC! I bet with kids it would be nice to have room to stretch out!
