Grand Villa at Old Key West.

Hello
My family is planning a trip to Disney World in November and we are staying at the Grand Villa at Old Key West. Has anyone stayed there before? If so , is it as nice as it looks? We have stayed in the 2 bedroom room sat Old Key West before and have never been disapointed. Although we do have more people traveling with us so the extra room in the Villa will be useful and nice to have. Any information on the stay and how it compares would be appreciated. thank you

-Stef

The Grand Villa is great!! It has more room then you could ever think of. It has a full size kitchen along with a full dinning room table. Both bedrooms upstars sleep four each, the downstairs bedroom has the jucuzzi tub and a king size bed. Also, the sofa pulls out to sleep two more. Each bedroom also has it's own bath. You will enjoy it.

I agree with DisneyFreak. We`ve stayed in a 2 bed apartment a few times and it was great. A couple of years ago however, we went to WDW with another family and decided to stay at a grand villa. It was fantastic...plenty of space and privacy for both families.
You`ll have no regrets [apart from eating up your DVC points!]

Thumbs up

You are going to absoulutely love it!!

We stayed in a GV at OKW a little over a year ago when we brought our family down with us and it was wonderful! So much space!! And 4 bathrooms!! I had thought the 2 bdrm villa's were nice and when we got to stay at the GV, I walked in and was walking around for a good 1/2 hr saying nothing but "WOW"!! We stayed in a GV in building #53 (can't remember the exact villa#) but it was in the South Point area and had a nice view of the golf course behind us -- have a great time!! Everyone should try a GV at least once just for the WOW factor LOL

Yes, yes, yes! Let's up the wow factor!! Grand Villas are incredible. You are going to be awed and very happy with your accomodations!

South Pointe is a wonderful area. It is right near the pathway to DTD, too. It's peaceful and private feeling, yet very much a part of the resort.

Have a wonderful time.
