Popping the question?
hola everybody, ok I need some advice about a real special way to pop the question in florida in october. I dont mind if its wacky or just plain romantic I just need ideas, will be visiting discovery cove, seaworld, universal and all the disneys so nothing is off limits. Also restaurants I was thinking maybe victoria & alberts may be a great place but restaurant proposals have been done a lot and I do want it to be special but saying that if someone has a great suggestion for a restaurant I'de love to hear it.
thanks guys and gals |

heh he said wacky and look whose the first to reply to this thread!! First thing that came to my mind is at O'hana...with all of your "cousins" and make sure all of the CM's know what you are about to do!! now V&A's would be romantic I agree but I think at O'hana's right before they turn the lights down for the parade and fireworks would be awesome and have the whole room watching!! Well that is if you deffinatly know she'll say yes!!!

well if you're asking me - sort something out at discovery cove- its an awesome day out and the dolphins somehow 'get to you' My mum and I felt very very relaxed when we got out the pool.
I know discovery has add ons for special occasions - look on their website or give them a call. There is also something called gifts of a lifetime- they can help you arrange a surprise at disney. http://www.giftsofalifetime.com/ The other thing i have just thought of is just before the fireworks at the MK, sit yourselves on the beach at the Polynesian, with the waves lapping from the lake and then watch the fireworks over the castle-beautiful ![]()

I so like that one. OR how about booking the princess breakfast at the castle and having cindy (and maybe prince charming) bring the ring over on a royal pillow and you can propose there is front of everyone.

Did we ever get this question answered? I'm pretty sure it's been asked before. How about trying to get a Leave a Legacy tile that pops the question for you?
I like the other's ideas as well. Or how about reserving a fireworks cruise?

i think you have to buy the tile in advance- you could always get someone else to do it for you that was going before you!!

The Leave A Legacy tile idea, although a good one, may not work since it takes weeks before it is mounted on a wall. Plus, if there is a problem with the tile, it could be months - speaking from experience here...

ok...my now DH proposed 3 years ago at Disney...and it was awesome!
We were watching the fireworks in front of the castle at the end of our last day. We were both looking up at the sky, and he was just talking, etc....and than he got down on one knee! It was so romantic, in front of the castle - with the fireworks, and the music.... Also - it was good it was the last day - because trust me...all your fiance will want to do is talk and call everyone she knows!!! It was a fairytale ending to a fairytale trip!! :PRINCESS: :PRINCESS: |
