Who's going to Saratoga Springs this year?

In thinking about my fall trip I had planned on Boardwalk Villas as we've never stayed there. Then it dawned on my SSR will be open by then. Anyone already got ressies there? What do you think my chances are for getting at a 7 month window? Slim to none probably Is anyone excited about staying here? I am just glad there is another choice for us.

Big Thunder,
I think your chances for SSR are excellant. Have you called MS, yet?

I have a reservation for May for the Membership Homecoming. I can't wait to see what it is like.

Hi DC, no I haven't called yet as we won't be arriving until October so it's to early.....isn't it? Maybe I better double check. It's 7 months out for non home resort, right? I would like to try it though. The pics look so nice. You're going in May so you can tell us all about it! What is membership homecoming? How come you always know all this cool stuff? You are my hero

BT-- Oh Yes, you're right (I guess next month would be your 7 months window!) I still think your chances are good. I have a feeling that most new SSR members are still sorting out the reservation process and DVC will continue to add inventory as the units get finished and sold.

I'll be sure and give a report on SSR.
Here is a blurb on the Homecoming:
Prices are a bit steep, but they do include all three events and they are offering an AP discount, too.
(Full details are over on the DVC members only web site)

That sounds like so much fun! They actually let DVC members only in the parks? Wow, how great is that.

My family and I bought points at Saratoga Springs on our last visit in Oct. 2003. We have reservations to go down June 6th. I can't wait to see it finished. I am hoping that the northern and western schools are still in session and maybe the crowds will not be as bad. It is our first time going even near a peak time, we usually go after thanksgiving. Anyway, I am so excited to see all the vacation club members here because I have yet to meet one in person and our families just don't get our disney addiction.

Welcome ilovetink! I know what you mean. sometimes I feel isolated from any fellow Disneyaholics too! You will love the DVC. We've only been members since late summer of '02 but we've really enjoyed it a lot already. Stayed at Vero Beach, BCV & OKW. Going to Vero again this summer & then, back to WDW in fall but not sure where. Would like to try SSR. You'll have to let us know how you like it. I will be there in June also but not using points. We will be paying cash to save our points for VEro & for fall trip.
