Re: Romantic Ideas

Meal on top of the Contemporary at the California grill - know I keep on about this but it was still one of the best nights of my life and the food was exceptional

Re: Romantic Ideas

Are you planning on getting the wedding "hats?" They have a new one for women now, it's a set of Minnie Ears on a headband with the tulle attached to the back of it. The ears are covered in sequins. A nice change from the white beanie set up.

There used to be a bride and groom (Mickey and Minnie) pin (pins actually). That would be neat to wear, if you liked.

Le Cellier with its cool interior and dusky lighting comes to mind. Do you like their food selections?

Dancing the night away at PI? May not be too romantic, but could be a lot of fun!

Who am I kidding here? Madame Unromantic trying to advise the newlyweds?

Re: Romantic Ideas

Poly beach gets my vote everytime
Watch Wishes then the Electrical Water Pageant. Get there early enough to get one of the hammocks.
Maybe a sunset walk round from the Poly to GF, have cocktails in the GF lobby while listening to the piano player or band.
A few more ideas - http://www.wdisneyw.co.uk/romance.html

Re: Romantic Ideas

How about dinner at Cindy's Royal Table? Tell them you're on your honeymoon and you might get a little gift
Couple's massage at the GF Spa.
Dinner at Rose & Crown, watch IllumiNations, then wait for the crowds to go and have a romantic walk back round World Showcase Lagoon.

Re: Romantic Ideas

Mari, for a simple but very romantic interlude, there are tables on a little jetty thing next to Capt Jacks in DTD where you can sip strawberry dacquiries (spelling?). The lights of DTD twinkle on the water and it is lovely. Aaahh...I can't wait.
