Contemporary monorail - Disney World

Just read on the "must do for first timers" section of this website:

"Ride the Walt Disney World Monorail through the Grand Concourse of Disneyâ€™s Contemporary Resort"

To do this do I simply get the monorail from MK to the Contemporary?

When you exit MK there are two monorails - one is the resort and one is an express to the TTC. The resort goes to the Polynesian, Contemporary, Grand Floridian and TTC.

There's two:

Resort and TTC

I'd suggest the Resort, then if you want to, you can explore the contempry, or GF or Poly
