The emails are randomly sent with a code on. If you get the offer in your email you can call your TA and have it upgraded, all you have to do is give the pin code on the email and they can get the code for it from WDW.

Paula-
You can always call Disney or have your TA call and see if you have a pin code attached to your name. Last year when the pin codes started coming out we asked every time we booked someone and sometimes there was one.
